Email is the fastest and easiest way to contact LCAD IT. We handle everything via support tickets, which allow us to provide fast and consistent service. To create a support ticket, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Try to be as detailed as possible, i.e. if creating a ticket for a lab computer, be sure to include the computer number (sticker on the top corner) as well as a description of the problem.
