How to contact LCAD IT.
Email is the fastest and easiest way to contact LCAD IT. We handle everything via support tickets, which allow us to provide fast and consistent service. To create a support ticket, send an email to email@example.com. Try to be as detailed as possible, i.e. if creating a ticket for a lab computer, be sure to include the computer number (sticker on the top corner) as well as a description of the problem.
