Job Description:
As a Motion Designer at Art House, you will be responsible for crafting visually stunning and immersive videos & animations. You will work closely with our cross-functional team of developers, designers, and content creators. Your creative vision, technical expertise, and ability to tell stories through motion will be vital in showcasing our technology and enhancing the overall user experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and create visually compelling motion graphics and animations..
2. Collaborate with the creative team to develop concept art, storyboards, and visual guidelines..
3. Take ownership of motion design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables within defined timelines.
4. Utilize industry-leading tools and software to develop and refine motion graphics.
5. Continuously explore and implement new techniques, trends, and technologies.
6. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance user interaction through intuitive motion design elements.
7. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's motion design standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in motion design, graphic design, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (2+ years) as a motion designer.
3. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion design, animation, and visual storytelling.
4. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Maya, Unity, Blender, Unreal Engine.
5. Knowledge of 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering techniques.
(2D animation expertise is a plus.)
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and meet timelines.
7. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas, give and receive feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
8. Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for exploring new design techniques and technologies.
