Develop 3D conceptual design plan for the backyard. The plan will include:
o A re-design of the outdoor kitchen in the courtyard to straighten the counter/prep area
and BBQ.
o Leveling out the hardscape near the pool to reduce the number of steps and create more
functional spaces, including dining, lounge seating, kitchen, and fire feature
areas.
o Removal of the existing outdoor kitchen in the backyard. The new outdoor kitchen area will
incorporate existing BBQ appliances, refrigerator, drawers, sink, etc.
o Reimagining existing fireplace, with potential for removal.
o Moving firepit.
o Solutions for grass area near the covered patio and seating area near the fountain.
o Suggestions for hardscape materials.
o Expansion of driveway and double gate side entry.
