Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all project direction, planning, completion, during OC Fashion Week® season . In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills, basic business writing, and grammar required. Great team player skills, adaptable and flexible, hospitable and courteous, and on-time. OC Fashion Week® is a fast-paced industry of runway production with a fine balance of managing talent backstage (back of house) and VIPs front of house. Project Management training is provided for time management, initiative, transparent communications, decision-making (being resourceful at making decisions that move people forward) authenticity and creative collaborations. Position is designed to equip a project manager assistant with tools to be prepared for any professional job in any field with clients due to the nature of the business in a fast-paced industry. These basic skills are valuable to business professionals in any industry or entrepreneurs in the make. Where there is a will to create a business, there is a client awaiting to be energized with organization, creativity and great communications.

Responsibilities
Manage all project documentation per assigned accounts
Prepare project schedule and manage deadlines for assigned accounts
Effectively communicate project progress to key decision-makers

Qualifications
Currently in College, Bachelor's degree or equivalent
1 - 2 years' of relevant experience
Strong organizational skills
