Join our great team and work in Laguna Beach at one of the town’s long-standing attractions where locals and tourists have come for over 50 years to create and design one-of-a-kind jewelry. Share your talent and creativity with others from around the world and work in a fun and engaging environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome all customers.
Explain the jewelry making process, make creative recommendations and secure all jewelry pieces once complete.
Create jewelry for sale in store and assist with repairs.
Secure permanent jewelry on customers.
Assist with private parties, birthdays and private classes.
Fill in back stock, track low inventory, straighten sales floor, and make trend recommendations.
Assist with social media.
Provide a smooth check out process and assist with end of day sales reconciliation.
Provide an overall fun and unique experience for each customer.
Requirements:
Ability to thrive and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Some previous jewelry making experience and the ability to quickly learn new skills.
Previous experience in sales and customer service.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers.
Position is part-time and has flexible hours. Weekend shift availability is required.
