Summary:
Our skincare brand is on the lookout for a creative and motivated in-house Senior Graphic Designer to join our quickly growing company. Creative projects span from social media assets, packaging, presentation design, web UX/UI elements, print assets to packaging design. The ideal candidate will bring a fresh, creative perspective to our projects, ensuring they align with our brand's aesthetic while fostering collaboration within the team. Commitment to upholding high design standards and producing engaging and exciting high-ticket design items while also producing template-based and routine design tasks is necessary.

We're looking for someone with a strong sense of initiative, a respect for deadlines and strong attention to detail who would thrive working in a collaborative and fast paced environment. Experience in the skincare industry or other luxury sectors would be advantageous. Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
A minimum of 4 years experience in graphic design role
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Suite and Microsoft Powerpoint are required.
Ability to add, remove and manipulate images extensively in Photoshop is advantageous. Experience using Blender or other mockup software is a big plus. Interest in learning new AI tools is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable with collaboration and capability to transform constructive feedback into high-quality output
Creative agility in adhering to brand guidelines while innovating with new, aligned concepts
Commitment to staying abreast of the latest design trends and practices
Competence in juggling and prioritizing multiple tasks within tight deadlines

Self-motivated with strong initiative, outstanding follow-through abilities, and a proactive approach

Primary Responsibilities:
Design marketing assets including print, digital, packaging and social media marketing assets.
Work collaboratively to craft and refine new marketing campaigns, sales materials, and customer engagement tools aimed at boosting brand image and driving sales.
Follow brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency while also suggesting appropriate and fresh ideas and strategies.
Maintain design libraries and archive files as needed.
Assist marketing team with day-to-day activities as needed.
Demonstrate initiative by proactively moving projects forward and addressing needs as they arise.
Uphold exceptional attention to detail.
Adhere strictly to deadlines and uphold professional standards in all work activities.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
