“Visual Creations”
In Collaboration with Community Art Project (CAP) of Laguna Beach
All medium accepted including collage, paintings, drawing, sculpture, ceramics, relief, mosaics, jewelry, textiles, photography, mixed media, digital art and more.
Fees: $25. for 1st entry and (space permitting) $5. for one additional piece up to 2 total pieces. ****LCAD students receive a special discount of $5. per piece ****
Exhibit Dates and Guidelines
Drop off Artwork
Bring artwork with completed application form and $25 entry fee. One additional submission may be accepted for an additional fee of $5 until exhibit space is no longer available. Artwork must remain for the entire show.

Public Art Reception
Invite your friends and family to enjoy the show! Beverages, music and appetizers provided.
Limited free underground parking available

Exhibition Dates
Artwork will be on public display in Gallery Q during normal business hours.
May 15th – July 10th
Pick Up Artwork
Stop by Gallery Q to pick up your artwork on the published pick-up date. Storage fees of $5. per day will be incurred for artwork left at Gallery Q after this date. Artwork remaining after 30 days will be donated.
July 10th (Wednesday)
Acceptance: This is a juried show in which Gallery Q staff review artwork for appropriateness and adherence to the Gallery’s guidelines. If artwork is not accepted, artist will be notified by email within 5 days from drop off date. Art work and entry fee will then be returned to the artist.
Artwork Presentation: Maximum size is 48” by 48” with the frame. Larger pieces will require prior approval by Gallery Q. Framing & matting should be simple, professional and tightly wired one-third down from the top to accommodate the gallery’s hanging system. No saw tooth hangers, wire only. Please submit recent artwork.
Insurance: Because GALLERY Q is a public exhibition program of the non-profit Laguna Beach Seniors and not a commercial art gallery, art and artifact insurance is not provided for objects on loan to our exhibitions. You are encouraged to maintain your ongoing insurance arrangements while objects are in our care, custody and control. By submitting the application, I understand that the City of Laguna Beach and the Laguna Beach Seniors, Inc. assume no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to my artwork.
Publicity: Permission is granted to the City of Laguna Beach/Laguna Beach Seniors, Inc. to photograph me and my entry for publicity purposes or for display on the website.
Sale of Artwork: I understand that if any of my work is sold, a standard 15% of the sale is requested to be donated to the Susi Q to support future art programs and exhibitions. I understand that all sales are handled directly between the artist and the buyer. Donations above the standard 15% will be so noted on respective works
