Role Responsibilities
Here's how you'll contribute to our vision:
Multi-Discipline Mastery: Handle tasks ranging from 2D art, 3D modeling, UI/UX design, to VFX and animation sequences.
Technical Troubleshooting: Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills for common game development issues, such as asset optimization and cross-platform inconsistencies.
Self-Reliance: Take the initiative to identify and fill gaps without waiting for directions. Your autonomy is not just a perk; it's a requirement.
Unity Wizardry: Implement your artistic creations into Unity, ensuring they are not just beautiful but also optimized for performance.
Interactive Storytelling: Create art that tells a story, from in-game assets to promotional material.

Technical Requirements
Well-versed in standard art software like Adobe Photoshop and Figma and 3D software like Blender or Maya.
Proficient in Unity for game asset integration and understanding of real-time VFX creation.
A good understanding of the game development pipeline, including version control systems like Git.
Open to and excited to embrace the use of AI tools to accelerate workflows and achieve the impossible.

Ideal Candidate
You might just be the game generalist artist we've been searching for if you:
Have a portfolio that showcases a wide range of skills, from 2D art to UI/UX design.
Have developed your own games from scratch or with a small team, showcasing not just your artistic talent but also your understanding of engine technicalities.
Can comfortably work in a dynamic environment, adapting to different art styles and technical requirements.
Are a creative powerhouse, able to ideate and execute without constant supervision.
Can embrace unique game development challenges, are hungry to develop new skills and can help lead our art team to success!

Bonus Points
A proven track record in indie game development.
Knowledge of shaders and particle systems.
Experience with mobile game development, including understanding the nuances of touch controls and screen limitations.
Experience with animation software like Blender/Maya for 3D and Spine for 2D.
If your past work resonates with our needs and aspirations, and you thrive in problem-solving and innovation, we're keen to meet you.
